DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Delivery takes place within the times indicated on the page of each individual product. If the order includes products with different delivery times, it is the Customer's choice to place separate orders. Otherwise, the order will be processed only when all the products are ready for shipping.

In the event of unforeseeable force majeure not attributable to WiDesign, delivery times may be extended and promptly communicated to the Customer. In case of delivery delays exceeding 60 (sixty) days, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract. Payments already made by the Customer will be promptly refunded.

Deliveries are made to the addresses indicated at the time of order. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery can be made to the address indicated during the usual working hours of the couriers (time between 08:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday).

In the event of non-delivery due to repeated absence of the recipient, the parcel will be held at the courier's depot. If, within the time frame indicated by the courier in the notice left for the recipient, the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to WiDesign, which reserves the right to terminate the contract. WiDesign will refund the Customer the amount paid for the order, from which delivery charges, subsequent storage/deposit charges, and return charges for Products not collected by the Customer will be deducted. The resolution of the Contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the Customer by email.

IMPORTANT: Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the number of packages corresponds to the order and that the packages are intact and not damaged or tampered with. Any anomalies must be specifically indicated in writing directly on the courier's transport document, and the Customer may refuse delivery. At the same time, the Customer must notify WiDesign (by writing to sales@wioo.it), no later than 3 (three) days after refusing delivery, so that WiDesign can assert the transport damage against the logistics company responsible for delivery.

IMPORTANT: In case the Customer accepts delivery, even in the event of damaged or tampered packaging, the Customer is required to write "Accepted with Reserve" directly on the courier's transport document, take photographs if possible, and inform WiDesign (by writing to sales@wioo.it), no later than 3 (three) days after delivery, failing which the legal warranty of the Products will be forfeited.

The Products remain the property of WiDesign until full payment by the Customer. Ownership will be transferred to the Customer upon shipment, understood as the moment of delivery to the carrier. The risk of loss or damage to the Products, however, will be transferred to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Products.
